Bhagat Mahasabha, Megh Sudhar Sabha to work unitedly

JAMMU, Nov 25: A meeting of Bhagat Mahasabha and All J&K Megh Sudhar Sabha was held here today in which M R Bhagat was unanimously elected as chairman of co ordination committee of Bhagat Mahasabha and All J&K Megh Sudhar Sabha.
Besides chairman, five other members from each Sabha will be elected later for better co-ordination between two Sabhas.
National president of Bhagat Mahasabha, while addressing the media-persons, said that from now onwards all programmes will be held jointly by both the Sabhas, which will work as one unit for the welfare of Megh Samaj.
He further said that unification of both Sabhas would go a long way in mitigating miseries of Megh Samaj. He appealed all people of Samaj to support and cooperate with new chairman as it is need of hour to fight unitedly for cause of the community.
M R Bhagat said that he would work to bring whole community at one platform. He cautioned Megh Samaj to be vigilant against anti social elements, who have been trying to sabotage unity of community.
   Prominent among others who attended the meeting were Bodh Raj Bhagat (President Bhagat Mahasabha), Jatinder Jindh (general secretary Bhagat Maha Sabha Punjab), Girdhari Lal Bhagat (District Coordinator Gurdaspur Punjab), Asha Bhagat (District Co-ordinator Mahilla Wing Gurdaspur Punjab), Chanchala Bhagat (President Women Wing J&K), Mohinder Bhagat, Surinder Bhagat, Swarn Bhagat, Jagdish Raj Bhagat, Charan Dass Bhagat, Satya Devi, Basanti Devi and Suman Bhagat.
